Openhost Solutions ("we", "us") operates openhostsolutions.com and provides software, cloud, DevOps and hosting services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

• Client project data: information you share with us during an engagement, handled only on your instructions under our service agreement with you.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
• To send service-related messages. We do not sell personal data, and we only send marketing messages if you ask for them.

Legal basis

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data with your consent (for example, when you send us an enquiry) or for legitimate uses the Act permits. Services that receive data

We use a small number of providers to run the website and our business. They receive only what they need:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages if you choose to contact us there; its own privacy policy applies.
• Our web hosting and email providers store website logs and the emails you send us.

We disclose personal data to authorities only when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on transfers permitted under Indian law and, for EU and UK data, on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it
